Society of Friends of the Pallottine Seminary


This is an association of people of goodwill around the world who care about priestly vocations, as well as their growth and formation in the spirit of the charism of our founder St. Vincent Pallotti. The purpose of the Society of Friends of the Pallottine Seminary is to provide spiritual and material support for the Pallottine Seminary so that it can carry out its mandate in the formation of future priests.

Membership in TP WSD is entirely voluntary, and the type of commitment and frequency of its implementation is determined by the ascending person. Good will, sincere intention and generosity of heart are very important. The concrete commitment is a joyful gift to emerge from the awareness of participating to the great community of the Society of Friends of the Pallottine Seminary.

Types of voluntary support of the Pallottine Seminary in Ołtarzew

  • Daily personal prayer and other spiritual gifts
  • Financial assistance for the Seminary and Seminarians
  • Requesting intentions of Holy Mass (both single and Gregorian) – holy.mass.intentions@gmail.com
  • Promoting the idea of the Society of Friends and welcoming new members
  • Developing a religious culture which is sensitive to the issues of priestly and religious vocations
  • Foundation of a scholarship for the Summer English course

Privileges of Members of the Society of Friends of the Pallottine Seminary

The Priests, Brothers and Seminarians of Ołtarzew reciprocate their benefactors with gestures of benevolence and embrace them with the following:

  • Daily Pallottine prayers (morning, noon and evening)
  • Weekly Thursday Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
  • Holy Mass for the Benefactors every Thursday
  • Enrolment in the Pallottine Perpetual Mass Association
  • Remembrances at Holy Mass on the feast day of St. Vincent Pallotti – January 22
  • Every day of November – remembrances at Holy Mass for the repose of the souls of the Pallottine Friends and Benefactors
  • In addition, the Society of Friends may participate in spiritual retreats offered at the Pallottine Seminary in Ołtarzew
